Return Policy

We hope you love your Beauty in the Making purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!


Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of your purchase or delivery date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.


Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

    •    Wall art

    •    Custom pieces

    •    Seasonal or holiday décor

    •    Clearance items


Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@beautyinthemaking.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.


Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.


Refunds:

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit, based on your preference.
